In order to puirify Lugia,you can only purify him by purification chamber.Now you must have Zapdos,Articuno,and Moltres.Have them purified.Now put them in the set and put XD001(Shadow Lugia)in the slot.Now go to Mt.Battle.
Beat it once.The receapionist will tell you to pick a Johto Starter.Pick either Chickorita,Totodile,or Cyndaquil. Do it 3 times until you have them all.(Dont do Mt.Battle again because you think they will give Kanto Starters. Because later on you will discover a big secret. ;) ) Now go back to the Purification Chamber.You will see Lugia will be purifying!Go off and train or go see Poke Spots.I caught a Surskit and a guy traded it for a Larvitar!(He's pretty stupid!)After a while you will have a level 80,90, or 100(I forgot)Lugia with Aero Blast!
