This is for question #228.If you want to do it the hard way if you already have Vivian go to the Creepy Steeple entrance and jump in the well.Go to the place where you push the door.Then use Vivian to pull into the Shadow.The door will now go past you and when it is go on.When you reach the room with the parrot use Vivian right when your next to the parrot.The parrot will then talk and say his name.Get the treasures especially the letter "P".Easy way:His name is Doopliss. Note:You still must go to the room with the letter "P" because you need it to spell out his name!
