To the person who has trouble with the Champs room, go to the Champs room. Jump on the little present boxes to the left to the top and ride Yoshi to the ledge on the right with the air vent entrance. Use your super hammer tecnique to whack away the vent door and go in. go to the other side and super hammer the other vent door. got through to end up in Grubba's office. Check the drawers on both sides to get a star piece and to find the blueprints. Go to save, then go to the arena. You'll fight Macho Grubba and then beat the Chapter.

if your stuck in the champs room , use Yoshi to get to the vent above the closet then use the hammer you
got to bust it open.next go all the way down the vent and bust the other side of the vent open.then go to grubba's desk ther will be two exclamation marks on each side of his desk.
press a on the exclamation mark closest to the door first . then go to the second one and open it . ther will be a note in the it . after Mario reads it grubba will come in. after he talks he will go into the place where you fight, he will have this machine with the crystal star an top of it. he will turn into a bigger version of himself. then you will have to beat him in a battle.after that Joline will come in and tell the story about how prince mush is her little brother , prince mush will come out of the crystal star.and then you will git the crystal star which is given to you by Joline .

to get into hooktails castle all you have to do is to make koops kit the box the same time you do by lining him up with the box then go of x then while the box is blinking hit the other one.then enter the warp pipe and walk down the path until you get to the castle.
