Greg is right, it is the full moon, but if you take a picture of it when your Picto-box is still in black and white, the girl doesn't accept it. You have to go to the Forest Haven and capture a Forest Firefly so that you can get a color Picto-box before the picture will work. If you already have that, then it should work!

Okay, in the Forest Haven, at the very beginning, there are two waterfalls that you have to get across the get into the place where the Deku Tree is. But if you stand at the bottom of the waterfalls, the one on the left has music notes and a new song playing from it. Does anyone know what you're supposed to do there? Does it give you a new song or something???

If you go into the cafe by the place where u got the sail there will be a man at a table. Throw a jar at him and he will shake. Take a FULL BODY photo while he was shaking.
Also, for the next photo, watch the girl in orange by the school. A man will look at her. Take the picture of them looking at each other.

to get the grappling hook search in dragon roost cavern until you get outside.climb up the ladder.you will come across some stairs.run as fast as you can coz the stairs collapse as soon as you start climbing them.you see medli trapped in a cage.fight a few enimies to free her.she will give you the grappling hook as she doesn't need it any more.
