I am stuck inside the Mother/Child Island. I got the fire and ice arrows from the Queen of the fairies, but how do I get out of here? I tried the ballad of gales, but it says I can'tuse it unless I'm on the sea. How in the world do I get back to the sea??? I am VERY frustrated :(

Need help bad!!! Once in Dragons roost cavern and I already got the key and entered the big lava pit. I walked along the wooden bridge and fell down to the stone that you pull out to climb on to get to the next wooden walkway but I can not get the stone to pull out... What am I doing wrong or how do you pull it out? My thing doesn't tell me to pull or drag or whatever like usual instead it says slide
