In animal crossing i found, the best day to sell your turnips is on the 29th of July, because Van buys them at 1000 each.
Everyone most likely knows the 100 turnip cheat, use that cheat and sell 100 turnips for 100,000 or do it 3 times and get 300,000 (easyy way to pay off house) Well that all i got bye

set the timer on the gamecube to a sunday ( while the little gamecube symbol is there press and hold A it will start spinning, then go to the calender and set it to a sunday ) go find the little hog thing that sells turnips buy a whole lot save then turn off. Then change the clock to a different day then go see how much tom will buy turnips for if it's a whole lot more sell them all if not wait for the next day, or just change it. But they will expire in about 3-5 days I think it has something to do with the weather.

If you go to Tom Nook everyday and give him 1000 bells or more for eight weeks everyday for a 2 months you would of payed off nearly all your deposit that you owe tom nook in all of the game he and he will get really pleased and you won't have to pay another 500,000 bells and you can be famous and bye and sell and sleep in other towns and save in other towns and go back to your first town and design and build a mansion of your own and once you done that go to the wishing fountin and it will give you exactly 50000000,0000000000000000000000 bells and then do what you want after that! GREAT CHEAT!!!!!!

Tell fish apart:
Okay, I think there are five different types of fish in the ocean to the south of town. I know their behaviors. Here are the fish and how to identify them and the sell prices

Sea Bass: 120 bells They have good vision. They will see the hook from far away or an odd angle. Also they are kind of small.

Jellyfish: 100 bells the smallest, and only found in August.

Red Snapper: 3,000 bells Large, might drift sideways from time to time

Barred Knifejaw: 5,000 bells Large, always strike EXACTLY 5 times before they sink the hook

Coelacantch: 15,000 bells!! Very large shadow, rare and only found in the rain. I only caught two.

Oh, yeah... then there are the fish that can only be caught in the small ponds.

Killifish: 200 bells Also found in river, and very small.

Frog: ??? bells Makes a sound in the pond

Crawfish: 250 bells any fish shape that is not a crawfish or killifish

Easy (and perhaps time consuming) way to get money:
You need at least one open house in your town to do this trick. Here's what you do. Start a file, it doesn't matter what you name yourself. Collect as many items as you can with the "extra". Then, when you finished working for Nook, sell EVERYTHING you have, including your shirt, wallpaper, and carpet (replace them with patterns). Then, take as much money as possible from your wallet and drop it all on the ground. Then demolish the "Extra"'s house, play as yourself, and pick up all your money. Now repeat as many times as desired. Now you should have a lot of money.
