ok this is so important. on a rainy night go to the ocean. look for a huge fish figure in the ocean and try to catch it. it is a "living fossil" and it sells for big bucks at nookingtons. or put it in the museam and it is the biggest fish there. remember you can only catch it on rainy nights from about 5:30pm-11:00pm so you have to it always works. try it and have fun!!!

No weeds
If one of the cheat codes that you have used that required skipping a long period of time, and you come back to find millions of weeds... from 12 am to 4 am you can find a ghost named Whisp (err... something) floating around. You must capture 5 spirits around town for Whisp and return them BEFORE 4 AM!!! Then you he will reward you if you find all 5. You can either get money, furniture, or he can pull all the weeds in your town. This is a real help an it doesn't take long to get the spirits with your buggy net =) Just get em and consider yourself weed-free... for a while anyway.

firs you need to make your town perfect for a big 2 weeks! well cut down all the trees in your townd and shovel the weeds! then pick up all the junk...or put it in the dump keep doing this for 2 weeks..there you go!
