OKAY I'll give you the cheat! To get the Shiny Meowth, look on the west side of Saffron City. That's where I got mine. If you think I'm crazy look there all night! If you think it won't work and you tried, keep looking no matter how tough.

I've heard to get celebi you get you're playtime upto 200 or more hours and go to dark cave and there will be a man and an opening go in and there'll be a celebi in there(and on friday nights there is a red celebi) I'm not sure though.

how to beat the elite four:
1st train a garidos to levle 60.
2nd train a typhloshon to levle 55 then clone.
3rd train a gangar to levle 55.
4th train a flarion to levle 60.
5th train an onix to levle 65.
6th buy 10 full restores and 5 max revives.
