To get Raltz:
Stand in exactly the same place Wally stood when he caught his first pokemon (Raltz). Turn around on the spot without moving away from the grass square you are standing in.
You should always bump into Raltz's in that spot.
Hope you find him ^^

Ever saw the grass outside the walls pallet town?Well if you did I know how to get out there!1st:you go to cinnabar island.2nd:go to reserch lab.3rd:when you walk in go to the picture...dead ahead!In there.4th:Press "A" on it 16 times.5th:Go to prof.Oak's lab.6th:When you walk in look to your very right.There should be an aid.talk to him 3 times.7th.Walk out.go to the very west of pallet town.There should be a space open.walk out there.NOTE:You can catch many zapdos'es and mews.

Gitch town. 1:Go into Safri Zone 2:then pay 500 moneys to get in. 3:After you have done that start to leave the man at the door should ask you if you want to leave say no, then repeat step 3 once. 4: Save you game , then trun your GameBoy off. 5:leave again the man should ask you to pay 500 moneys to enter the Safri Zone say no then leave and FLY to Cinnabar Island 6:SURF on the edge of the island that faces the Seafoam Islands. SURF until the PA says Ding-Dong times up you should be transported to the Safri Zone. NOTE: be sure to save your game before leaving Safri Zone.
